Chef Maximillian Petty
Executive Chef/Owner

Maximillian’s culinary career began in the drive thru window of his uncle’s Taco Time on Washington’s Peninsula as a a young teen. After helping his sister open a restaurant during high school, Maximillian chose to pursue culinary arts at Lane Community College in Eugene, Oregon. Maximillian held positions in restaurants and private residences throughout the United States before opening Eden Hill Restaurant at the tender age of 26.

Jennifer Petty
Owner/Operations

Jennifer’s professional ambitions took her to journalism school at the University of Oregon and counseling school at St Edward’s University. A practicing psychotherapist, Jennifer’s marketing and business acumen steers development within Eden Hill Hospitality.
